Tidel Park project of 100,000 sft. was executed within a record time of 90 days by engaging different execution agency for different office modules, but without losing balance on synchronization.

Was in-charge of Training-cum-Development park as a Resident Administrator at Kelambakkam.
The self-contained campus was spread across 29 acres of land with about 3.5 lakhs of built-up space, operating on three-shift operation. It was housing about 1500 employees, 250 campus resident trainees at any time.
