Hi, I’m Quina, a proud mom, a dedicated professional, and a small business owner who’s passionate about helping businesses run smoothly, whether through admin support, smart purchasing, or creative solutions.

Over the years, I’ve worked as a Virtual Assistant with clients from PR, cosmetics, accounting, and automotive companies. My work has been varied, ranging from managing emails, scheduling appointments, taking minutes, lead sourcing, database management, supplier communications, and purchasing stock from suppliers. This diverse experience has equipped me with the ability to adapt quickly, take on multiple responsibilities, and always deliver results with a keen attention to detail.

On top of that, I’m also a small business owner. I run a clothing boutique called Soliel and D'Hermosa, and I also own Tap Snap, a mirror photo booth service for events. Managing these businesses has taught me so much, from handling customers and inventory to creating content and promoting online. It’s a fun and challenging part of my life that keeps me creative and sharp.

I also took training as a Social Media Manager to better support both my clients and my own businesses. I’ve learned how to create engaging content, connect with audiences, and manage different platforms in a way that builds real engagement.

Most importantly, I’m a mom. Being a mother has taught me to be more patient, resilient, and great at juggling priorities. It motivates me to work hard, stay focused, and build a life that’s both fulfilling and flexible.

Whether I’m supporting a team, helping a client, or growing my own businesses, I bring commitment, creativity, and a can-do attitude to everything I do. I love learning, I adapt quickly, and I genuinely care about delivering quality work.
