For the past few years I have 2 years experience as a Customer Service Representative handling different accounts.

My first work experience is with Communix Inc and our client is TA Connections agency wherein we are blocking a hotel rooms for the distressed passengers for a possible cancellation of their flight due to weather or other conditions. These airlines are based on different places in Europe. We normally do 100 to 200 calls per day, depending on the availability of the rooms and the numbers of distressed passengers. I work for this company for 1 year and 2 months before proceeding with my next job experience.

My second job is with EXL Inc that is based here in Manila, and our client is Allstate Insurance company that is based in New York. My main job in here as a customer service associate is to file a claim for the insured under Allstate when their propert and auto property got damage. We're directly contacted by our insured, and we received inbound calls most of the time but there are also some cases where we need to get hold of our insured's attorney, relatives or their medical provider and contracters for their property. This is a mixed of inbound and outbound calling. Having these experiences made me confident that I am capable of working under your company.
