People call me Queeny. I have a 5 year experience working in customer service and market research. I also have a bachelor’s degree in Entrepreneurship. My previous job responsibility includes but not limited to answering phone calls from North American clients, gathering information and entering them to company's database and I also did basic phone service troubleshooting. I used to work in an office and I got a long well with my colleagues. However, I decided to work home-based so that I can make use of most of time, not in commuting. I consider myself a quick learner, patient and very coachable.
