YES PLEASE! Hi there! My name is Queency Lim and I wanted to take a moment to introduce myself. I have been working in the BPO industry for nine years now, providing exceptional customer service as a Customer Service Representative. In my previous roles, I have also worked with food delivery and provided chat and email support along with calls. I take pride in my ability to quickly and effectively resolve customer concerns, and I am excited to bring my skills and experience to any team I work with. I also had a part-time where I can say that I was doing a very productive time back then when I was assigned to do various tasks from being a team leader, shift manager, bookkeeper, and were doing basic IT things also.
