Financial staffs of our company give consideration to accountant accounting and financial management simultaneously and still put their principal energy on the daily accounting processing. They are too busy to care about financial management relatively and can't boost the integration effectively and standardize the financial management. With bad foundation of financial management, capital having risk, weak capability of financial management and control, they are not suitable to the requirements of the company's pioneering development and the situation of the power system reform.
