Scope: Led the RFT process for a zero-downtime, mission-critical control room
telephony system replacement.
Key Activities: Defined integration, security (SSO, RBAC), and compliance
requirements (FIRB), aligned to Jemena’s SOE.
Outcome: Delivered a robust tender pack and evaluation framework that supported
executive decision-making and reduced risk of system downtime.
2. UC1 to WebEx Migration – Vocus Group -)
Scope: Migrated 14,000 B2B customers from legacy UC1 to Cisco WebEx cloud
telephony.
Key Activities: Led business case validation, GTM planning, digital journey mapping,
and delivery coordination.
Outcome: Achieved successful migration with minimal churn and improved customer
satisfaction through digital onboarding enhancements.
3. In-App Personalised Offers – Latitude Financial -)
Scope: Launched Mastercard-powered Personalised Credit Linked Offers (PCLO) via the
Latitude mobile app.
Key Activities: Defined digital journey, collaborated with vendors and engineering
teams, and facilitated agile delivery.
Outcome: Delivered Phase 1 MVP to market, enabling new revenue streams and
increasing customer engagement with tailored offers.
4. Community Energy Hub SaaS Enhancements – TallyIT -)
Scope: Enhanced SaaS platform supporting renewable community energy programs
across VIC and SA.
Key Activities: Delivered PCI-compliant payments, billing automation, and
‘MyAccount’ enhancements.
Outcome: Enabled scalable support for 3,000+ battery customers; contributed to client
wins and faster onboarding cycles.
5. Network Reconciliation and Automation – BlueNRG -)
Scope: Streamlined reconciliation of payments and network charges across all NEM
distributors.
Key Activities: Automated financial workflows and redesigned pricing and collections
processes.
Outcome: Realized multi-million-dollar savings, passed independent audits, and
improved billing accuracy.
6. IT/Telephony Integration – Western Health -)
Scope: Integrated Cisco and Unify telephony with nurse call and duress systems across
five hospitals.
Key Activities: Defined technical requirements and managed delivery across Joan Kirner
$35M expansion.
Outcome: Delivered seamless clinical communications and improved response times in
critical care units.
7. HUB Plus CRM Transformation – Hansen Technologies -)
Scope: Modernized CRM to support churn reduction, digital CX, and payment flexibility.
Key Activities: Led transformation to MS Azure, integrated third-party banking, and
streamlined workflows.

8. Power of Choice Compliance – Itron (2017)
Scope: Supported deployment of Itron’s head-end systems for metering compliance
under national energy reforms.
