Throughout my career, I have remained committed to creating positive change in the lives of individuals, especially in areas related to emotional well-being, mental health, and family dynamics. My work spans roles as a school counselor, educator, trainer, and writer—each allowing me to advocate for mental health awareness and emotional resilience.

My academic foundation in clinical psychology sparked a deep interest in child and adolescent development. Early in my career, I worked with various mental health organizations, providing therapy, conducting psychological assessments, and collaborating with multidisciplinary teams. These experiences gave me insight into trauma, developmental challenges, and family systems, and helped me support children and parents with empathy and care.
