Reporting:-
• Provided weekly project reporting for delivery manager through dashboard(Include the
• 1) STATUS OF THE PROJECT.
• 2) CUSTOMER SATISFACTION INDEX.
• 3)UTILISATION OF THE RESOURCES.
• 4) RANKING OF THE PROJECT IN GRAPHICAL REPRESENTATION- highlighted milestones, issues, risks and costs.
• Creating Dashboards, we use static tables, pivot tables, dynamic charts, etc.
• Excel formula like sumif, Vlookup, countif
• Prepared weekly status report for Project manager’s meetings-reviewed status and assessed health of each project.
• Prepared Monthly touch base deck for delivery manager.
Onboarding & offboarding:- New hires access card activated and all the access of application, create citrix ID, Key fob activation
• Coordinating with onsite managers to understand the requirements on Project Deliverables
Sharepoint:-
• SharePoint Maintenance and Administration like conduct training's and coordination
• Giving access to the applications
• Cost and Budget tracking reporting
