Purdy Ten Buren

Being a result and inspirational driven leader I achieve results together with a team. My leadership style is characterized by strength & passion; I’m an extravert initiator who’s committed, energetic and I stay calm under pressure. With my strong communication skills I’m able to reach, inspire and motivate people and drive results.

Due to my inventive, entrepreneurial and creative mind set I always find solutions and translate ideas into actions. Having a clear vision and high expectations I effectively manage and coordinate (change) processes and teams to achieve my goals. I don’t hesitate to delegate responsibilities and I steer to excel. Via coaching I get the best out of people, develop their capabilities and grow results. Partners and colleagues trust me, while I’m keen on keeping up on appointments, I have a pragmatic mindset, strong analytical skills, perseverance and eye for detail.

When not working I love to run, ski, travel, cook or go out for dinner. I love challenges, as a result of which I completed 200km of walking during the Nijmeegse Vierdaagse in 2018. Travelling fulfills my love to explore countries, cultures and tasteful dishes. Being social and caring about other people, nature, animals and the world we live in I try to take care of, and contribute to sustainability as an individual as best as I can.
