I am a seasoned Technology Leader with over 24 years of experience in designing and delivering enterprise-grade platforms, SaaS solutions, and cloud-native architectures across global organizations. My expertise spans Enterprise Architecture, Cloud Strategy, AI/ML integrations, Microservices, and Developer Experience, with a strong track record of aligning technology with business strategy to drive measurable outcomes.

At Siemens (Brightly Software), I spent over 3.5 years (2022 – 2025) as Senior Director/Director of Architecture, where I architected and launched Brightly’s next-generation SaaS platform using microservices and micro frontends on OpenShift, drove Generative AI and RAG-based initiatives like Technician Copilot, and mentored teams of architects and engineers to instill engineering excellence and innovation.

Previously, as Director of Engineering at SHL (2019 – 2021), I led large-scale modernization programs using Domain-Driven Design (DDD) and event-driven architecture, accelerating delivery across multiple product teams.

At Excelsoft Technologies (2010 – 2019), I grew from Team Lead to Senior Engineering Manager & BU Head, leading the development of OpenPage, a learning platform impacting over 1 million learners globally and generating $10M+ revenue. I built and managed teams of 50+ engineers, spanning web, mobile, and DevOps, while driving product innovation and global delivery.

Earlier, I held leadership and engineering roles at Magic Software, I2K2 Systems, Via Infotech, and Prastuti Infomedia (2000 – 2010), where I gained early full-stack and multimedia development experience that laid the foundation for my leadership career.
