As a consultant, I helped the company create their business strategy specifically focusing on their branding, their marketing strategy, and the overall operations. I currently assist them in navigating the online industry, finding clients, and in training their managers and employees. I am usually invited to attend their meetings specially when they are making big decisions as they consider my input beneficial and informative.

As a social media manager and content writer, I create and manage social media assets for multiple clients--individuals and companies alike. I also create blog content that use targeted key terms to boost search ranking and positive marketing to protect and promote their reputation. The company is a prestigious company known for handling premier clients including Fortune 500 companies, professional individuals, political figures, that are involved in varying industries such as law, finance, health, technology, real estate, business, and more.

I have also worked as a customer support representative, a tier I and tier II technical support representative, an email and chat support representative, a team leader, an e-commerce virtual assistant, a trainer, and a sales and collections manager.
