Hi My name is Prosenjit and I have started my carrier as a Customer sales representatives where I used to dial for B2C customers. It was an USA outbound process and I was in that project for more than 2 yrs. Later on I have shifted to another company and there I was in B2B project. It was a Survey process for a publication house (Reed business information) and the people to whom I used to reach are based out of united states. In the same company, due to my consistent performance, I was promoted as Quality analyst.
With an experience of 4 yrs in this company, I have switched over to a New company named ZINFI technologies where I started as Business development executive and my job was to generate appointments based on the BANT criteria. The endusers are mainly based out of North America and we used to generate appointments for the IT giants named – Mcafee, VMware, Red Hat etc.
Then in the same company, I was promoted as Partner marketing Concierge, where my job was to provide concierge service to the channel partners. The Channel partners are based out of SEA countries, Australia and USA as well.
Gradually I have moved to a new position as Customer success manager, where my primary responsibilities was to manage the project, onboard the channel partners and regular sync up with the client, to provide the progress update. During this tenure, I used to reach out to across different regions such as Australia, New Zealand, India, Spain and North America.
I have gone through the requirements and looking forward to join the Team as well.I am very much confident that post getting a detailed training on the project I will be able to deliver results as before.
