As a highly motivated graduate of English and Literature from the University of Benin with proven experience in administration, customer support, and communications, I am eager to contribute meaningfully to your team.

My academic background, coupled with hands-on roles in administration and customer relations, has shaped me into a resourceful and detail-oriented professional. Most recently, I served as a Customer Support Intern at Ratehawk B2B Travel Solutions (Emerging Travels, UK), where I handled high-volume partner inquiries, advised over 50 hotel partners on product usage, and resolved booking issues through effective CRM use. I also completed my NYSC service at the Military Pensions Board, Abuja, providing administrative and organizational support while acting as both the Corper Liaison Officer (CLO) and Public Relations Officer.

In addition to my corporate experience, I’ve also led teams as a Head Teacher, coordinated events with over 700 attendees, and maintained technical systems as a Security and Communications Installer. I bring with me strong communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving abilities, along with proficiency in Microsoft Office, CRM platforms, and modern office tools.
