I have had experience in dealing directly with customers through personal contact and during outbound calls through which am able to exhibit excellent customer service skills to assist my clients.

This helped me to have patience for clients and developed my customer service skills as well to the extent that customer misdemeanor did not bother me but I used that as positive way of knowing the customers' real concerns and how best to satisfy them.

My skills I naturally have and ones I acquired along the way are paying attention to every detail, good numeracy skills, excellent customer relations, high level of integrity, good communication skills and a willingness to learn new things and adapt to changes.
