I combine excellent customer experience with social media marketing to tell compelling brand stories and build strong online communities. My goal is to represent companies professionally and position their brands firmly in the minds of their customers.

I have close to five years of experience working both remotely and in person, interacting with customers, addressing their needs, managing online conversations, and creating engaging content. I create and edit video content, and design visually appealing graphics using Canva and Mojo.

I am proficient in Microsoft Excel for reporting, tracking performance, and organizing customer and content data. I also work comfortably with tools such as Meta Business Suite, Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, Google Workspace, and basic analytics tools. 

For customer support, I have experience using platforms like Zendesk, HubSpot, WhatsApp Business, and CRM systems to manage inquiries, resolve issues, and maintain strong customer relationships.
