Job Description: April 2023- Present: HUMAN RESOURCE ASSISTANT Key Responsibilities: o Assist in the smooth running of the ongoing Rehabilitation and Extension of Mombasa Water Supply Distribution Works project by managing permanent monthly staff on site and recruit daily casual workers and piece rate workers, performing reference checks, issuing employment contracts, update, organize and maintain up-to-date HR files. I manage a monthly team of 30 permanent staff, 20 casual day workers and over 50 piece rate workers on every active site. We are have a total of four (4) sites on the current project; North Mainland, South Mainland, West Mainland and Island o Supervise work on site, follow up daily attendance of monthly staff and casual workers. Create a monthly attendance sheet to prepare and check payroll details and resolve any payroll issues.
