Re-designed and authored the HTML script for UVM’s Federal Work-Study website to streamline relevant information to both supervisors and students.
Completed advanced EXCEL training on Data Management & Analysis and designed a web-based scholarship database for underrepresented populations.
Drafted policy statement regarding the I-9 Employment Eligibility Process for Human Resource Services.
Managed, monitored, evaluated, and reconciled UVM’s Federal Work-Study Program, a $2 million Federal aid program, involving over 2,000 student employees, over 3,600 positions, 190 on-campus departments and 160 off-campus non-profit organizations. Coordinated development and implementation of all data tracking, system upgrades, and reporting functions. Created a detailed workflow of the program’s systems to isolate gaps in services and provided systems-based solutions to the program’s deficiencies. Built partnerships with community non-profits, campus departments, and students to increase the quality of work-study experiences.
