A young professional who obtained Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, majoring in
Human Resource Management from the University of Mindanao, Bolton Campus and a Certified
Human Resource Associate of the Philippines. Throughout my education, I’ve become equipped
with the necessary knowledge that come with the position including manpower recruitment,
workforce organization, personnel training and compensation as well as onboarding of new hires
and performance appraisal. On the other hand, I was always chosen as President of the program,
OJT Students, classes and organization. I wish to ingest this leadership skill I have at the same time
I want to develop this attainment and explore the things that I haven’t tried yet.

Creates HR policies and guidelines in the Center;
Ensures all full-time employees submit their health benefits enrollment packages on time;
Supervising HR admin assistants;
Works with Gusto to ensure employee’s semi-monthly premiums are updated;
Process US and PH Payroll;
Process dismissal payroll;
Submit worker’s compensation in the system;
Checking and reviewing timesheets and therapy notes;
Answers employee requests and questions;
Assists with new employee background checks;
Reconciles benefits statements;
Conducts audits of HR programs and recommends corrective action;

Ensures Clinician Credentialing list is up to date at all times and coordinates credentialing
with Clinical, Admin, and Billing Departments;
Monitors all credentialing documents, such as professional licenses and malpractice
insurances, to ensure they are current and never lapse;
Enters all employee information into Gusto including uploading of HR documents;
Ensures tracking of initial probationary period with key dates for 30, 60, and 90 days from initial
hire date change of status to full time;
Updates Google calendar with all employees’ birthdays;
Verifying and submitting of semimonthly payroll and uploading of applicable reports;
Works directly with Gusto for any benefits or other updates required;
Report weekly to the CEO, Head of Division 1 and Admissions Director.
