I started to work as a Human Resource Assistant in SM Supermarket-DasmariƱas, Cavite from June 2005 to August 2013. I handled timekeeping/payroll where I monitor the daily attendance of about 200 employees, summarized and encoded attendance on HRIS (Human Resource Information System) per cut-off for payroll purposes, computed agencies' attendance billing, sick and vacation leave credits of all regular employees and attendance summary for the whole year for annual bonus purposes. I've also worked as a Content Moderator for a client in TaskUs Inc. from April to October 2014 where I proofread resumes being submitted by aspiring nannies, drivers and errand runner on a US-based job-search website to check for possible security issues and/or edit any grammatical or if there's any typographical error. In the same year, I had an opportunity to work as a Customer Service Staff in Lulu Hypermarket in Kuwait. I've worked abroad from November 2014 to July 2017. When I came back home, I worked as a Senior Operations Representative in Capital One located in Northgate, Muntinlupa City where I handled taking phone calls from US-based customers inquiring about their credit card balance, transactions, or would like to process their payments over the phone. I worked on this company from September 2017 to February 2018. I've also worked as a Technical Chat Support in Convergys handling Windows account for about 4 months, from April to August 2018. I've also worked as a Customer Support Agent in Eperformax handling Paypal debit card account where I answer queries of US-based customers about their debit card transactions, resolve issues for declined transactions, and issue new cards upon customer's request. I worked on this company as an agent from August 2018 to September 2019 not until I applied and was hired to work as a Human Resource Specialist on the same company and was assigned at the Process and Policy Compliance Department. As a Process and Policy Compliance Specialist, I validate disciplinary sanctions that the supervisors were about to serve to their subordinates, facilitate administrative hearing for employees with violations subject to suspension or dismissal, administer exit interview / survey for separated employees, initiate clearance process of separated employees for their final pay computation, upload served sanctions of employees in HRIS for record-keeping purposes and other tasks that may be assigned from time to time. I worked on this company as an HR Specialist from October 2019 to June 2020. Currently, I am working as an Administrative Coordinator in a remote setting for a US-based property preservation company. I've started working here from June 2020 and was assigned in the Finance department where I am handling invoice creation for purposes of billing to the client, review and process contractors' invoices, manage accounts receivables by processing received payments from clients, manage unpaid invoices and create report summary for chasing clients, monitor contractors' compliance in terms of insurance and background checks, manage reception Team, create guidelines and conduct training for reception, and all other tasks that may be needed and assigned from time to time.
