I have strong experience in email communication, customer engagement, and quality assurance, with a background that makes me well-suited for cold email and email campaign management. Over the past few years, I have worked in roles where email was the main channel for handling customer concerns, providing support, and ensuring clear and professional communication.

At IBM Philippines as an Operations Specialist, I manage contracts, case updates, and escalations. Most of my work involves accurate email documentation, communicating with homeowners, installers, and internal teams. This has helped me develop skills in trust-building, problem-solving, and coordinating with different stakeholders — all important in managing email campaigns and outreach.

At Concentrix, I started as a Customer Support Specialist, where I handled client concerns through email and chat. My consistent performance led to a promotion as a Quality Evaluator. In that role, I audited communications, identified gaps, and suggested improvements. These tasks are similar to how cold email campaigns are tested and improved — such as checking subject lines, tracking open and reply rates, and adjusting strategies for better results. I also learned how to maintain compliance and accuracy, which is essential in following email regulations like GDPR and CAN-SPAM.

Earlier at Results CX, I supported customers through calls, chats, and emails. I also promoted service plans and processed orders, which gave me experience in writing persuasive messages that encourage customer action — a key part of effective cold email outreach.
