I’m Prince Martin Luther, a creative and detail-oriented visual presentation specialist with over a decade of experience crafting impactful PowerPoint presentations for global clients and top-level consultants. With a strong academic foundation in Computer Science and a Master’s degree in Computer Applications, I’ve developed a rare blend of technical skill and visual storytelling expertise that helps convey complex information with clarity and style.
My professional journey took shape at McKinsey & Company, where I served for 9 years as part of their Business Presentation Design Services team. In this role, I supported consultants across the globe—particularly German clients—in transforming raw input like handwritten notes, Excel data, and conceptual briefs into polished, visually engaging presentations using Microsoft PowerPoint, ThinkCell, and proprietary tools. I worked closely with stakeholders to understand their message, identify the most suitable chart types, layouts, and formatting, and deliver high-impact decks that played a critical role in client communication and strategic decision-making.
My responsibilities included chart creation, slide formatting, proofing for accuracy and clarity, and pushing the creative boundaries to deliver presentations that not only met McKinsey’s global standards but also left a lasting impression. I also served as a Level 2 Specialist, offering high-end alternatives and layout suggestions to improve the overall visual experience, consistently aiming to deliver a “WOW” factor.
Currently, I’m working as a freelance contractor with FTI Delta, Dubai, a global strategy consulting firm. Here, I collaborate with consultants and board members to create tailored presentation decks across various industries such as Technology, Media, Gaming, Construction, and Healthcare. Whether it’s a boardroom presentation or a sector-specific strategic pitch, I ensure the final product communicates effectively and looks world-class.
My technical toolbox includes advanced PowerPoint skills (with and without ThinkCell), MS Word, Excel, and familiarity with Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, and Inkscape for editing infographics and vector assets.
Driven by creativity, precision, and a commitment to excellence, I thrive in fast-paced environments where deadlines matter and quality cannot be compromised. I’m constantly evolving—learning new tools and exploring better ways to present ideas that resonate.
Looking ahead, I seek opportunities that challenge me intellectually and creatively, allowing me to contribute meaningfully to high-performing teams while continuing to grow as a visual storyteller.
