In my current role as Operations Manager at Atlas Commodities Limited, I lead end-to-end operations across multiple locations, ensuring smooth workflows, accurate reporting, compliance, and timely delivery of organizational objectives. I oversee key financial control processes such as seed fund disbursements, reconciliations, commission payments, and payables management. I also produce structured reports (daily, weekly, and seasonal) to support leadership decisions and organizational planning.
