Hi I am Raven, I worked with an outsourcing company based in the Philippines for 9 years. I've been a content moderator for 3 years who handle social media platform. Where in we moderate images, videos, audio, chats, post and tweets to ensure that the platform is clean and safe for the users. I've been a quality analyst as well for 2 years supporting the same project and the most recent position I had was a supervisory role for a team of content moderators and customer support for dating and social media app both handling trust and safety. I handled them for 4 years.
