I have experience as a virtual assistant answering emails from customers in an E-commerce company using Zendesk while answering messages and comments for the customers through Facebook. I can solve 160-200 tickets a day. Also, I have experience in Customer Service assisting U.S. and Australian customers, my main task is to help the customer to have the best help they need in booking their flights, hotels and car reservations, I also contacting the establishment such as hotel, airlines and car rental's office to assist the customer very well. I was trained at a large Call Center in the Philippines.
