Hi! I am Presheila Hingpit and you can also call me Mara as I am more comfortable to be called, I lived in Philippines. I graduated as Public Administration major in Local Governance, after I graduate, I was lucky to have a job immediately I was an encoder like data entry for those customers who are getting postpaid plan for gadget and sim, this job makes me stronger and attentively resourceful because it needs more detail for the postpaid plan set It test my patience and perseverance as an employee but then again I finish all the task before deadline. In my second job I was a cashier my responsibilities are transaction processing which I was Handling cash, credit, and debit card transactions accurately and efficiently. This includes scanning items, applying discounts, and giving change. Counting the cash in the drawer at the beginning and end of shifts, ensuring that the amounts match sales data. Managing also for the refund and change item customer returns, processing change item accordingly to store policy. As of my third job which was documentary clerk my responsibility is checking the reports maintaining the balance and preparing and formatting documents according to company standards and procedures, maintaining an organized filing system, both physical and digital, to ensure easy retrieval of documents, accurately entering data into databases and systems, ensuring all information is up to date, retrieving documents upon request and providing them to authorized personnel, ensuring the security and confidentiality of sensitive documents and information. reviewing documents for accuracy and completeness before filing or processing. These three jobs strengthen me more as what I can do more and learn more but of course I add job task which was as Inventory analyst my role was to analyzing inventory data to identify trends, forecast demand, and make informed decisions about stock levels, coordinating with suppliers and managing purchase orders to ensure timely replenishment of inventory, conducting regular stock audits and reconciliations to ensure inventory accuracy, monitoring inventory costs and working to minimize carrying costs, storage costs, and stock obsolescence and lastly developing and implementing process improvements to enhance inventory management efficiency.

My learning experience is never ending, and I tried the sales industry, and it focus me by building and maintaining strong relationships with new and existing customers through regular communication and meetings, having in-depth knowledge of the products or services offered and being able to explain their features, benefits, and value proposition to customers, delivering compelling sales presentations and demonstrations to potential customers, negotiating terms of sales agreements, including pricing, delivery, and other terms, to close deals, providing post-sales support to ensure customer satisfaction and address any issues or concerns and collecting customer feedback and providing it to the product development team to improve products and services.

I do market research for best strategy like gathering and analyzing market information to identify trends, customer needs, and competitor activities, developing and implementing sales strategies to achieve sales targets and business objectives, collecting customer feedback and providing it to the product development team to improve products and services. Recently, my job was Pharma Assistant at Watsons store my core responsibilities are medication dispensing, inventory management, prescription processing, customer service, medication preparation and safety protocols.

These job task was my biggest contribution to me as I gained skills like organizational skills (document management, inventory control, record keeping), analytical skills (data analysis, problem solving, and attention to detail), communication skills (customer service, sales and negotiation, collaboration), technical skills (software proficiently, and pharma system), administrative skills (task management, compliance and training), customer focus-skills (empathy, product knowledge and patience).

With this knowledge and skills, I can show off to the client that if other virtual assistant superior or the experience VA why can't I? if they do the job right and accurate, why can't I? if they can give you a good service that you deserve, I can also give like that as long as you give the trust and believe in me that we can do the task lightly and less burden our end of day will be more PRODUCTIVE AND EFFECTIVE.
