Worked and developed the Training content and is currently associated with the delivery of Full-time Classroom and On-The-Job Training along with the execution of identified refreshers, TNI’s, and Client-based Trainings. Also, is closely responsible for the maintenance of internal and external KPI’s that are key performance indicators of the company at PAN-India level.
Responsibility also includes identifying the BQ agents on floor and preparing, screening and executing the score based refresher trainings with distinct TNI content. Along with this, monitoring and calibrations are mandatory items during the non-active batch.
Additionally, is also involved with soft-skill Trainings that includes Speech, Grammar, Pronunciation, MTI influence for the Trainees, also Time Management and Customer satisfaction.
