As a trainer in a BPO company, it is my job to handle new hire training classes that covers pretty much everything that new hire participants needed to learn prior to handling calls. I am an expert when it comes to delivering awesome Customer Service Experience and I also make sure that I get to share it to my trainees.

Aside from handling classes, I am tasked to update all training modules and guidelines making sure that everything is accurate, I am updating modules PDF based and Powerpoint Presentation Modules. I am also sending a daily report all about the training process and deliverable assigned to me.

I also have an experience with Online Teaching - ESL Tutor and I really enjoy sharing my knowledge to everyone.

I am also very flexible to learn new things and is always open to feedback.
