• As a part time job, I served as the Head Facilitator of the Academy, alongside taking English classes
for the learners.
• I provided English instruction to the learners, including assigning them quizzes and assignments
according to their needs.
• I also trained the tutors in training the learners to achieve the desired learning goals. I handled the
day to day running of the academy, including preparing the learning curriculum for the learners.
• During my time as Head Facilitator, the academy had an increment in the number of learners by 5%
and an increase in the revenue generated. I was able to build a team of trained Adult Facilitators who
have no doubt made an impact in improving the literacy level in their societies.

During my time here, I was able to always get the job done accurately at the scheduled time and
delivered as instructed. I was able to work efficiently with other members of the department and received
