I have been working in the Business Process Outsourcing for 7 years. I worked as a customer service representative for a financial account we deal with customer transaction history, pin change and setting an appointment to arrange their taxes. I also work as a Tier 2 Technical Support and we're doing research for troubleshooting and creating write-ups for computer viruses and malware. I became a CSR in a retail account as well base in the US, we do order entry, order tracking, creating tickets for damage, wrong, missing items and customer complaints. I am very good at using MS Office(Word, Excel, Powerpoint, and outlook and also basic photo editing. I can work under pressure and with minimum supervision.
