Has more than 2 years of experience in a call center industry. Worked for a travel account and learned to deal with different customers and manage my time wisely. I also worked for a telco account where in we handle customer service and sales as well. I am also part of a theater group and we do acting workshops, do films and stage plays. We are trained to do all the tasks from setting up and acting. Also almost all paper works needed is assigned to me.
