Prawesh Mandal

I'm Prawesh Mandal, a developer and engineer from Inaruwa, Sunsari, Nepal, currently based in Gandhinagar, Gujarat, India. A full stack developer with a strong focus on building scalable, real world web applications and backend systems. I’m currently pursuing a B.Tech in Computer Science and have hands on experience working across the full development stack, from designing responsive user interfaces to building secure, production-ready APIs and deploying systems on cloud infrastructure.

I have contributed to open-source projects such as LibreOffice and Gaia, where I worked on improving core code quality, fixing bugs, and building UI components using React and TypeScript. These experiences helped me understand collaborative development, code reviews, and maintaining high engineering standards in large codebases.

I enjoy building products end-to-end. One of my key projects is an Ai powered email-to-Signal agent that processes user emails and delivers summarized insights through a messaging platform. This system includes a multi tenant backend, secure authentication, scheduled jobs, and optimized LLM usage for performance and cost efficiency. I deployed supporting services using Docker on AWS EC2 and ensured reliable, automated workflows.

I have also built a multi tenant SaaS platform with role based access control, real time exam features, and analytics dashboards. This project strengthened my understanding of system design, scalability, and building features that support real users.

My core tech stack includes JavaScript/TypeScript, React, Node.js, Express, PostgreSQL, and Redis, along with tools like Git, Docker, and AWS services. I am comfortable working in Linux environments and understand fundamental concepts such as data structures, operating systems, and networking.

I am particularly interested in backend systems, distributed architectures, and integrating AI into practical applications. I focus on writing clean, maintainable code and building systems that are reliable and efficient.

I am looking for opportunities where I can contribute to real world projects, continue learning from experienced engineers and gradually take on more ownership in building impactful software.
