TORT: Kaiser Permanente and the coalition of Kaiser Permanente Unions want to provide a time off request tracking process that enables employees to ask for time off, and receive notification of  approval or denial. There is a workflow for approving or rejecting the request. Approver uses approver page to view list of pending requests and approves or rejects the request. Requestor can track their requests from requestor page. UBT Tracker: The UBT Tracker application provides a framework which supports creation, viewing, modification, and administration of Unit Based Teams (which consists of a group of employees) along with their performance improvement efforts by Regional UBT Administrators Workforce Retriever: The Workforce Retriever (WFR) application is a web-based tool used primarily by the Workforce Planning & Development (WFP/D) user community and employees to submit educational benefit applications for multiple types of tuition reimbursement and stipend options. A survey is first created by the Admin user using the COMPARE application and then the Admin sends an email to the appropriate population at EFS; included in that email is a link/URL which directs the EFS participant to the survey by logging into COMPARE. The EFS User fills in the questions on the survey, and clicks the Submit button in order to log the results for tabulation and analysis by the Admin.
