I am Praveen, a Microsoft Power Platform consultant with 11+ years of experience in Microsoft technologies and have an extensive experience in designing and implementing solutions using Power Platform.

• Custom process to connect with leads and to plan further actions based on the responses received.
• Custom process to send periodical reminders on the expiration of customer contracts.
• Implementation of a dataflow to sync Employee data between Sql server and Dynamics 365.
• Configuration of goals for Sales reps by their managers to monitor their performance and to define strategies for growth.
• A custom credit approval process that includes a workflow of approvers starting from billing analyst through General Manager.
• Integration of Dynamics 365 with customer portal to sync cases data.
• Office scripts to format columns and generate data visuals in Excel.
