Responsible for taking care of Travel Desk (e.g. Visas, Air Tickets, Train Tickets) of the Employees going to Abroad(China, Singapore, Dubai) and various sites in India(Chhattisgarh, Cuddalore , Vizag etc.) 

Handling the HR Process i.e. Recruitment, Employee Relations, Attendance, Leave,  Payroll, Performance, Training  and all Statutory compliances ( Including ESI/PF/Labour Contracts etc where ever applicable)

Preparing Budget for HR and Admin Dept to enable the Accounts Dept. for allocating Fund

Coordinate with the bank to ensure that the salaries are process and handle the issue of

salary cheques for the Employee who don’t have bank accounts.

Processing the Data captured by Bio Matrix Access Control system and Generating Payroll.
