I am looking for a suitable job in the QUALITY ASSURANCE data entry Electronics Section. Regarding my experience since last 16 years, I am working in TELECOM COMPANY as a QUALITY ASSURANCE data entry professional . At there I mainly involved in the updating of Q.A.

Data Entry: Accurately and efficiently entering information into the company's computer systems, including customer orders, service requests, and network data.

Quality Control: Conducting regular checks and tests to ensure that telecom services and equipment meet quality standards and specifications. This may involve monitoring network performance, checking that customer orders have been fulfilled correctly, and verifying that equipment is functioning properly.

Record Keeping: Maintaining detailed and accurate records of quality control tests and results, as well as customer orders and service requests. This will involve using computer systems to store and track information and generating reports as needed to summarize this information.

There will be so many Data-Entry-related works to do over there like entering purchases from paper format to digital documents, converting word format documents into pdf format, etc. I have also done lead generation for the company for its marketing needs and attending lots of phone calls regarding the order of a product and its further process.
