Total years of experience 9.5years in the field of IT and worked majorly on Tableau recently in BIRLASOFT from July 2022 to May 2025 worked exclusively for BAXTER, previously worked for IBM exclusively for AMEX.

• Working as Tableau developer expertise in developing different styles of dashboards which are easy for data analytics, and expert in Tableau Content Migration tool.
• Expertise in Tableau Desktop, Tableau prep and knowledge of TabPy (Python).
• Developed different types of dashboards with Quick Filters, Context filters, and Parameters and knowledge of PySpark.
• Recently received the Collaboration Award, where I saved around $50,000 by migrating 850+ reports alone into two environments and helped others in moving 1,600 reports in a span of 30 days, including validation, which saved around 576 working hours. Previously received the SPEED award from Baxter and received the Mercury award twice for leading Tableau teams in an agile environment. Also assisted Birlasoft in securing a project from Medtronic by independently preparing a detailed migration project plan — the opportunity was awarded solely due to my initiative and contribution, also migrated Tableau reports to Power Bi using Gen AI with zero issues.
• Good at using Logics and developed sheets where the data cannot be extracted based on the options available in tableau.Used different types of filters like Data Source filters for live connection, extract filters, normal filters, Quick filters
• Developed custom charts like Donuts, Pinpoints, Arrows, Multiples Pie Charts and Donuts at a time with variation in Size for expressing more than two measures at a time, also developed Histogram Charts
• Developed Custom KPI (Key Performance Indicators) like Star ratings for a particular measure, developed Row level Security for so many reports
• Good at developing Icon displays which is not present in tableau, and it helps to display information to stack holders, used Groups, Sets, and applied logics on Sets
• Applied Actions on Dashboards even for travelling through one dashboard to another
• Applied Global Apply Button for Parameters which saved minutes in my recent Project without using Actions

Project 1: (Project dealt from 2022 July to till now)
Baxter 1.1:
Baxter International is an American health care company with headquarters in Deer field Illinois. The company is mainly famous for its Kidney care products, and also captivated Hill-Rom, which is a subsidiary of Baxter.
I am proud to say that I received “SPEED” award from the Baxter, in a very less span of time.
Here I majorly worked for developing dashboards for different types of “status” of the products within Baxter also supported production issues for so many old reports, and I connected with advanced data sources like SNOWFLAKE, ATHENA (AWS Product) and AWS Glue, Data-bricks.
Regular duties
• Developing reports based on Jira tickets.
• Creating documents for the Maintenance team where they will go through documents and will resolve minor issues.
• Participating in Daily Scrum calls discussing on requirements and back end issues
• Planning for the future projects including detailed estimates.
• Supporting other teams within Baxter.
Reports Developed:
One of the major reports developed for BAXTER is migrating RADARO reports and enhancing more details to the client, regarding delivery of the products.
Here I have given the analytics related to Canada region, the analytics include
• Customer rating analysis (given emojis and star ratings)
• SMS count and Phone count
• Distance travelled.
• Analysis on Custom calendar filter basis
• Given original heat maps with customized colours with multiple layers

Baxter 1.2:
As part of Baxter Spinoff Baxter divided in to two companies 1. Baxter and 2.Vantive. I am proud to work for such a big project where I have migrated more than 850+ Tableau reports to both the companies as part of Spinoff that too in very less span of time using Tableau Content Migration tool which saved them more than 3months of time, and I guided other tableau developers in AMERICAS, APAC and EU regions, and involved in creating necessary documentation for both companies.
Project 2: (Projects dealt from 2020 to 2022 June)
American Express (RSS)
This is my third project in American Express where we deal with huge amount of data and creating new dashboards for analytics, this is first of its kind for helping Amex in their Analytics journey. I need to deal with Project Planning too in this project, generating draft reports, sharing them in perfect Agile methodology.
One of the best reports developed was Parallel run Report where users can compare POA and POD data at a time which includes complex data blending, and the result was decrease in lot of human effort in Excel report preparation. So many other reports are in progress especially for Cross country related quotes which we generally see in FX-Rates.
Project 3:
American Express (International Treasury)
This was my second project in American Express which I can say proudly, it was received only due to handling of my previous project, here I have done both support for previous Project and development for this Project.
1. For the first time in Asset management, I introduced Visual techniques for the client it helped to make them decisions faster
2. As part of support, I reduce report loading time from 48minutes to 1 to 2 minutes which is my second significant achievement for one of their biggest reports.
3. Introduced All markets report where user can use single dashboard for all the markets, it may be simple in other domains but not in banking sector for the requirement due to large number of calculated fields, here I convinced the spark team to create the rates table, so that we can hover over all the countries
Project 4:
American Express (Treasury)
This is the first project where I deal solely with the client from offshore team, and I supposed to take decisions on my own, working in fast paced agile methodology where we have daily stand-up calls and need to interact with other tech teams. The project deals with Assets and different credit cards of American Express which is a functional detail (in short) of the project, technically the project deals with both Migration and Development of the Tableau reports from Micro Strategy. Project is a combination of Optimization and development of reports with new features that can be done using Tableau.
The best outcome of the project was I successfully converted 70+ reports in to 4 reports in Tableau which is tremendous change helped the client, to easily go through the required reports and total 120 reports migrated and developed in Tableau, and played a key role in helping PySpark Team.
Responsibilities:
• Created Parameter based reports where different worksheets need to be added on different filters in each worksheet
• Created Map based dashboards
• Used Rolling months in the calculated fields for different calculations
• Developed Custom Buckets using calculated fields using tenure of accounts which helps the user to decide the number of valuable accounts of the company
• Solved Tableau tool limitations where Tableau cannot display zero when there is no data for some dimensions of course these are indirect solutions where user cannot find any difference from visualization point of view
• Suggested Standards for Development, Test Server by explaining the situation of the development by using performance recording in Tableau as a proof (since it is banking sector), where client satisfied and modified the size of the records as per the suggestion.
• Improved performance of reports to 90% by moving the lengthy calculations to Data Base team where I have done this in second phase of the project.
• Developed numerous Cross Tabs where I used Calculated fields more than hundred for just one report which are all interdependent.
• Suggesting the Tableau team (Admin & Installations) for new versions, by which we can solve Dynamic Parameters Issue, and updated issues in Confluence Page

Project 5:
Client: Homesense
Homesense is a sensational new home store, offering an expansive selection of furniture, rugs, lighting, wall art, decor from around the world.
Responsibilities:
• In this project especially QTD, MTD and YTD are developed, some of the reports requested by the client like current month, current year and current month last year sales are developed using Logics and Date functions.
• Both Database and excel sheets are used in this project
• Also developed KPIs Hierarchies are used to for in detail analysis of the report for the client
• Row level security was given for all of its sixteen stores, all store managers can see only their store related information when they login into the server
• Interactive dashboards are developed by using quick filters and Parameters
Project 6:
Client: Southern Farm Bureau
Southern Farm Bureau Life Insurance Company, chartered in 1946, began operations January 2, 1947, as a capital stock life insurance company. It was present in 11 states and it has 3754 agents 1,247,635 policies in force
Responsibilities:
• Developed Tableau reports for KPIs for knowing the performance of sales in different states.
• Given row level security for both agents and some of the higher-level officials of the company.
• Created typical Dashboards using the drill down actions for Agents and created web link actions within the dashboard
• Some of the dashboards are published to server
• Created Tableau extracts to server
• Custom Geospatial sheets, are prepared even when the data is unclear for locations
• Parameter driven measures are used for Geospatial Sheets where user can choose either Sales or Profit or any other required measures by choosing Single value list
• Data blending is applied for using multiple joining of different sources, which helps the user to analyse the data more effectively
• Custom shapes have been effectively used for KPIs and client requested custom shapes
Project 7:
Client: Renys
Renys is a departmental store and it was present in the state of Maine in southern part of North America and it has Eighteen stores with different branded products especially for clothes, footwear and rugs and other apparels
Responsibilities:
• Data blending is extensively used in this project and cross file data extracting is used.
• Used different files formats like excel and pdf documents for creating reports.
• Hierarchies are used for different product categories which helps client to analyse the data more precisely for the business development.
• Parameters are used for getting different measures within the maps individually
• Reports were developed with date options
• Price history of the products were developed
• Involving in requirement gathering with team when required
• Developed multiple Donut charts for representing Sales in a region with product category and representing size for each region separately
• Used LOD functions
Other Skills:
Good at Power Bi recently generated sample reports for Baxter, Alteryx, Google Data studio, Excel, Power Point.
Academic Profile and Highlights
Awarded M.Tech in V.R.Siddhartha Engineering College (NBA Accredited) [in Vijayawada, Andhrapradesh, India] where I have developed several reports in my project(got Excellent grade) in MATLAB which indirectly inspired me as a BI Developer when I started my career in the field of IT.
I was awarded National Second in IIT Bhubaneswar for novel idea on hydel power systems and National First in NIT Warangal for giving innovative ideas for conservation of energy especially for electricity, apart from this I am proud to say I was awarded as Most regular and Disciplined Student in my B.Tech.
