Working as an Sales Cum Admin Coordinator with Kundan Industrial Products & Service , Authorised Dealer of World Famous Bearing company named SKF.
· Checks the Sales order received from customer and prepare the same in ERP software.
· Ask for amendment of sales order, if required in terms of rate and payment.
· Coordinates with Warehouse for availability of products and prepare the Invoice & Packing list accordingly.
· Prepare sales Invoice and send Proforma invoice to customer for advance payment, if required.
· Handling Logistic & Dispatch activities to all over Indian Logistic Calculation/ cost control and maintain the Transportation services
· Making follow-up calls to confirm sales orders or delivery dates.
· Sends the dispatch details to customer.
· Tracking and Ensuring that products reaches on time to customer.
· Responding to sales queries via phone, e-mail and in writing.
· Completing the administrative needs of the Sales Department.
· All Admin & HR activities related to Bill payment and salary transactions.
· Ensuring that staff uniforms and personal appearance are always clean and professional.
· Supporting the field sales team.
· Follow up with customers for balance Payment & Sales order amendment
