The initiative enhanced existing cell phone revocation and have updated contact numbers irrespective of the customer relocations State to State. 2. CMS Hold Date Change This project was to work on the CMS rules to change the recurring dates and not overwrite the customer requests for payments. This project mainly concentrated on not placing multiple calls to the customer and allowed the agents to get the customer’s account number and details back in the queue based on the request. The objective of the CCP is to make the tool user friendly for both the external users and the internal users. The main motto of the tool is to create Policies and Claims and have a track of every transaction of millions of users around the world. Projects: 1. Uploading External Claim Attachments This was an enhancement to the existing tool. On a client visit, I was able to suggest that the external users also should be able to upload their attachments to the claims like photographs of the accidents or the support documents for their claims. This would help the internal users to have everything documented and transparent to approve or reject a claim. The suggestion was considered, analyzed and approved. I lead the project and successfully completed it. 2. Bespoke Claims Text: Many clients require bespoke claims handling processes that do not follow the standard CCP claims handling process. The prerequisites for the claims were initially documented manually into a comments section which is now fed into the system for transparency. This would eliminate human errors and helps the client to provide efficient services to their customers. Roles & Responsibilities: Analyzed existing tool and suggested enhancements. Cisco Performance Connection Rebranding Cisco Performance Connection – CPC is rebranded to Performance and Development in this phase. The other functionalities that were enhanced in this release are My Sync up Conversation and UI changes. 3. Cisco Performance Connection Cisco was using Saba 5.5 as their Performance tool and they call it as CPC (Cisco Performance Connection), this tool tracks complete performance of each individual along with their Plans, Mid-Year Career Discussion and Year appraisal in different forms like Feedback, Journals and Goals. CPC is a major upgrade which requires huge migration of data, large scale customizations and new functionality deployments, other feed integrations, web services 4. Role Based Development Role Based Development is an application designed for Sales organization in Cisco in order to reduce time in searching for course on quarterly basis based on Job role and theater.
