•Extensive project management and solutions technical architecture experience to design develop and implement large scale CRM and email automation programs with Salesforce and other systems.
•Solid knowledge of CRM and Marketing strategies managing customer segmentation, data integration, creative design and development, and technology implementation.
•Expertise managing technical strategy and direction to ensure applications align and meet the client’s business requirements beyond the project/implementation.
•Experience managing and designing end-to-end customer journeys for various customers and automating them in Salesforce Marketing Cloud, while supporting multichannel stakeholders.
•Extensive working knowledge on marketing automation tools, setup email campaigns, email creation, lead scoring, testing, tracking and analytics.
•Proven ability to link business requirements into data specifications, and translate analytical and statistical results into sound marketing recommendations

•Expert level knowledge and current with CASL, CANSPAM and PIPEDA regulations and policies.
•Extensive experience in Business to Business (B2B) and Business to Consumer (B2C) marketing, not for profit, research, new product planning and product launches.
