I have been working in UK and USA-based call centers for the past 6 years in customer service, sales, and upselling. I have done inbound and outbound calls as well as cold calling.

Some of the jobs I used to do include:

• customer service, sales, upgrades, and upselling for Mobile Telecom company in the UK.
• selling Resort and Cruise vacation packages to members living in the USA and Canada.
• strict protocol to be followed for delivering a great experience to target good "NPS" feedback from members.

I'm a cheerful guy and I love to talk which is why I chose this profession after my graduation.

At the beginning of my career, I wanted to sharpen my communication. But now I possess a great experience after having spoken to some amazing people from the USA and UK.
