I have managed multiple teams with 50 members solving business problems and maintaining existing systems world wide. Heading world wide operations with 24x7 support. Working closely with product and customer to understand their problems and build strategies to solve them using technology. Paying close attention to customer needs and their experience as we build the products. I can create and deep dive in design and architecture to find the right solve from cost, scale and longevity of the solution. I have worked with non tech persons from sales and marketing helping them draft RFPs and explain them the tech solution in layman language.I have done stake holder management and build mechanism to keep them informed on progress and address their takeaways from the solution. I have done 3 yr and 5 yr plan for technology roadmaps for my teams, thinking long term about business growth, how technological changes will impact us and what tech bets we should take to be better than our competition. Doing resource planning and ensuring long term plans for our permanent employees and building strategies to tackle short terms tasks using contractual resources. Ongoing Cost and budget control, pivoting quickly by building strategies to control costs and stay within budget. Working with Large companies such as Amazon and Expedia i have practised the art of staying on cutting edge of technology while saving costs to serve a diverse customers world wide.
