I am an HR Operations and Executive professional with a total of four years of work experience, combining structured corporate exposure and hands-on HR responsibilities. I began my career at Tata Consultancy Services (TCS), where I worked for three years on a challenging project that involved rotational shifts, including night, mid, and morning schedules. This phase of my career helped me build a strong foundation in discipline, time management, adaptability, and working under pressure. I support day-to-day HR operations, including employee coordination, attendance tracking, and responding to basic HR-related queries. My role requires strong communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously while meeting deadlines.

Over time, I have developed a people-centric approach, balancing organizational requirements with employee needs. My background in a large IT services company combined with hands-on HR operations experience allows me to understand both business expectations and workforce challenges.
