Project Details
Project 1: Global Broadband Market Analysis: Understanding the marketing and pricing initiatives in the
industry along with competitor benchmarking. The scope of project was focused towards competitor
product identification. Eventually the project was used by the marketing team of the client to place new
product into the saturated market.
Project 2: European Market Analysis on Enterprise Mobility: This project examines the key metrics of
mobility market in Europe. The project evaluated the changing competitive environment of mobility in
Europe. It used a sophisticated scoring and ranking model based on both qualitative and quantitative
criteria that resulted in a graphical illustration for each player's position in the market.
Project 3: Analysis of commercial model within railway stations in UK: The project was scoped within
the requirement of the client to launch its WiFi connected offering across UK. Hence the project evaluated
the commercial model across all train operating companies (TOCs) and the ownership of the telecom
network infrastructure within the railway stations identifying the revenue model of the UK’s railway system.
Project 5: Financial Kiosk Market Analysis: It was a time bound complex project for the Financial Kiosks,
understanding their business models and revenue generation models along with the critical challenges and
opportunities which the prominent players face. The scope of the study was global and involved great
knowledge building into the backbone network deployment.
