JOB Profile: Job Responsibilities: To service all customers from the customer service desk (intermediaries and end customers) within specified TAT and acceptable quality level. . Prepare and Review insurance-claim forms and related documents. Review insurance policy to determine coverage. Previous work experience: Fully administration and managing of branch, Build good relationship with office staff and coordinator, Fully cooperation with head office, Handling disputes related to business or coordinator, Handling claims related documents and query, maintaining cash and cheque flow, and make my branch best QRC (Query – Request – Complaint) (a) Fully own the customer service desk in the branch.
