Prakash Rai

I am Prakash Rai, a passionate Visual Designer & Front - End Developer with around 15 years of experience, starting from concept all the way up to the final result. I am a branding, typography, coding and designing lover. I am currently working as a UI/UX Designer, based out of Kathmandu, Nepal.

I am a self-taught designer from Nepal, fuelled with curiosity and passion for simplicity in design. After working as a designer for years in India, I have decided to come where my roots are, my home Nepal.

I focus on user-centered design methodologies and efficient and innovative experiences that balance user needs and business goals. I have worked for several big brands in India as well as many international brands such as Disney UTV, Kalyani Group, Ncell, Ramco Group, True Homes, Panchshil Realty, Indiabulls Group, Oberoi Realty, Amanora and DSK Group. I actively participate in design contests in 99designs, the world’s largest online graphic design marketplace, where I am a contest winner as well as 4 times runner-up.
