My name is Prajeesh. Coming to my graduation, I am a BSc.Computer Science Graduate with CCNA certified network associate. Studied from College of applied science affiliated by the government of Kerala under IHRD. During that time I have learned basic programming skills, Java, operating systems like Win 2000Server, Troubleshooting internal errors of the Network, and finding the root cause of the fault and Corrective actions. Coming to professional experience, Over 13 years of experience in managing automotive branch operations, delivery operations, quality inspections in vehicles, documentation handling, and customer relationship management. Also Experienced in operations management, sales analysis, scope and risk management, contingency planning, and resource management using standard global service models. During my professional carrier, I made lots of automated generating MS Excel reports in various departments. I love making professional MIS reports and presentations according to the company's needs. Customer interactions at corporate levels made my interpersonal skills much better. I am highly organized. I always take notes, and I use a series of tools to help myself stay on top of deadlines. I like to keep a clean workspace and create a logical filing method so I’m always able to find what I need. I find this increases efficiency and also helps the rest of the team stay on track. In my last role, I created a new filing process that increased departmental efficiency by 25 percent. I worked abroad for 8 years and I learned Arabic during that time. Coming to my technical skills, Hands-on experience configuring and managing routers, modems, and similar networking hardware.Experience in using enterprise software applications.Knowledge in OS such as Win professional, Win XP, and others. My hobbies are socializing with friends and family, computing (Designing logos, posters, making short videos, etc), playing cricket, going to the gym, traveling, etc. Experienced in Designing posters, brochures, ads, image editing, youtube/Facebook/Instagram cover pages, etc.
