Job Responsibilities as System & HR Manager :
Generating various MIS Reports using ORACLE-SQL for different Departments other than from existing
system whenever required by any Department , Branch or Principal.
Regular correspondence with Customers, Branches, the Principal and others through Email.
Data Replication with different branches and vice versa. Occasionally resolving any dispute arising out of
Data Replication and its follow up.
Regular Backup of data.
Assisting different Departmental Personnel when any problem occurs relating to Software and Hardware
(Minor) like Formatting of Machine, Scanning, Installation of required Softwares etc.
Assisting the Vehicle Sales Department in various manners like generating Quotation, Invoice, reports
etc and occasionally follow-up of Customer Relation Management (CRM) Software Package.
Follow-up of Data Entry for PIAGGIO in our Software Package as well as CDMS.
Recruiting new employees, Training, maintenance of Employee details and Payroll System etc.
Generating of Monthly Reports of different Departments of all Branches combined and Reporting to the
Principal and the Director as well. PF Return is the only Yearly Report ( Softcopy) sent to the Provident
Fund Office.
Coordination with Customer Connect (Chennai) as well as HCL Comnet to resolve any problem, when
occurs in operation of online Systems like DMS ( Dealer Management System) & CRM (Customer
Relation Management).
Maintenance of proper costing of Spare Parts Item by thorough scrutiny of Item Ledger and Inventory
Valuation System whenever any wrong costing is reflected for a particular item.
Rectification of wrong Data Entered by different department.
Follow up of Store Inventory Management of the Spare Parts Division.
Overall Supervision & Administration of HR and Back Office Office Operation.
Job Responsibilities as Sales Manager :
Monthly Sales Target Analysis and Setting of Sales Target for each Sales Executive
Monthly Call Planning for each Sales Executive.
Occasional Follow up of Customers visited by Sales Executive on the basis of Daily Call Report.
Monitoring the activities of Sales Executives on the basis of their previous performance.
