Mr.Prabu Ram is has vast working experience in BPO & ITES industry more than 8 years and owned a BPO company (Sheyon Technologies) in Coimbatore.
He is an expert in quality management of services based industry and holds several certificates in quality - Six Sigma Black belt certification from “international six sigma institute”, Switzerland. Six Sigma Green certification from “Caliber point business solution – An Hexaware Technologies Company”, Chennai, India. Six Sigma Yellow certification from “6sigmastudy”, Australia. Six Sigma White certification from “Aveta Business institute”, Pittsburgh, USA.
He is trained and certified Project Management Professional “PMP”. Additionally, he is certified Active risk management professional from various organizations.
With all this rich experience, he have got sound experience in international BPO practice for 8+years. He started his carrier as Trainee in 2008, with the support of being dedication to work and experience he currently stands as project Manager.
Mr. Praburam has a Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering from “Anna University, Chennai” and Post-graduation in Master of Business Administration in Operations from ”Anna University, Coimbatore” .
