A beautiful island locates on East Asia--- Taiwan, it is my country of birth. I
have an elder sister only who works in one of the largest groups in Japan. My
father and mother have both retired from a Japanese company and the
primary school in Taiwan.
A Chinese common saying said: ” To keep a philosophical view of the world in
mind.” I chose the course of Graduate Diploma in Business Systems of
Monash University, Australia (Top 100 in the world) for improving my
computer, management and English knowledge.
At that time, I joined in Philiptronic Computer Ltd. as a sales assistant to
promote computer equipment(s) in campuses. That great experience let me
meet various peoples worldwide and explore their customs, habits and
philosophy of the value on purchasing. It was not just only to demonstrate my
potential selling ability on consumer behavior, such as the bargaining,
purchasing-desire creation…and profit protection etc., but also let me know
what the important role of marketing planning was in selling and improve my
communication skills among the people.
Metals International was my first job on international trading as sales
representative in golf heads products. From markets development, planning,
customers’ inquiry/service request, orders taken, production arrangement to
shipping arrangement and Bank(s) negotiation etc., we involved lots of the
internal & external communication efficiently to achieve our business growth
goal. Our good teamwork successfully created the European and North
American markets and developed a flexible pricing, production, engineering
support policies in the international competition. Indeed, that gave us more
valuable in developing the new designs & markets. We had therefore been a
more productive business than others.
Ocean delight was a Japanese seafood manufacturer of the largest Japanese
supermarket group in Canada. It was a great chance to experience their
merits in operation and working spirit etc. By the way, I had also practiced
“processes & production technique management & improvement” and
machinery maintenance as everyone has to start from the fundamental post.
Alum. Alloys & opto-electronics shuttle took me into a high tech. territory. It
was a nice stage to show my potential characteristics, such as quick learning,
logical thinking, dedicated, initiative, independent, aggressive and responsible

etc. I supervised the junior members with my great experience & knowledge
in international trading, marketing and part of engineering for LCD’s key
components--- backlight units & light guide plates. In addition to my sales &
marketing works, I always attended the seminars of the production &
processes technique improvement, engineering, Q.A. issues etc. I also
participated the R&D and the related engineering design for smoothing new
modules’ development and production lines for new projects. Then, we
researched the relevant needed facilities, the best functional design jigs and
the possible technique improvement for the best mass production profit
generated. The better communication skill and logical thinking abilities
benefited me really a lot to create two new world-class customers, Philips &
LG, successfully. I’s very proud of that, indeed!
My further experiences have extended to logistics and purchasing in Oriental
Union Chemical Co. Both were related to International trading very much. I
didn’t only deal with the customers, but also searched the better suppliers
(domestic & oversea), evaluated suppliers’ information & samples together
with our relevant people, audited the suppliers, nego. price & terms,
arranged shipment and payment process etc. For logistics, I managed our
inventory, arranged packing/ container loading/ transportation to the
destination/ customs declaration/ Bank nego. and the facilities management &
maintenance for our gas on-site plant (such as pipes, valves, washers,
fasteners, parts, gauges, instruments…) etc. I always served my customers
well with their good satisfaction score.
A while ago, I joined venture with a friend for LED TV wall business. My job
was to take care the LED parts purchasing, import & Export. Cross-Border
E-Commerce is int’l trading and E-commerce integration. I study selling with
Amazon FBA, eBay, Lazada LGS, search the proper products etc. I
successfully develop some customers in America and Malaysia. Unfortunately,
the friend’s health was not good and would like to shut down the business and
retired.
Currently, I’m a purchasing director in one of reputable environmental
instruments trading & engineering companies in Taiwan and responsible for
international and domestic purchasing, import & export processing,
manufacturer technical supporting and suppliers developing etc. My better
communicating and logical thinking abilities, initiative, independent,
aggressive and responsible personalities. I achieved about 5~10% cost down
for some significant projects.

I always wish my success and growth with my customers and company
together. Based on my richly working experiences and educational
background. Thus, there shall be only minor supervision in your process(es)
and product(s) functions within a short period. Age means the precious
experiences, stable job orientation, better social and negotiation ability, and
the customer and vendor development. My ambition, initiative…personalities
won’t be worse than youngers’, my experiences and knowledge can be
passed on to the youngers.
